Service terms

Consultations

Consultations cover the duration and purpose shown at checkout. Payment reserves professional time; scheduling instructions follow payment. A consultation does not guarantee a placement, cut, representation agreement, sale, production, grant, or other industry outcome.

Custom work

Custom songwriting and project services begin only after both parties approve a written scope covering deliverables, fees, deposit, timeline, revision limits, credits, ownership, and permitted uses. Services not listed in that agreement are not included.

Rights and submissions

Clients may submit only materials they own or have permission to share. Copyright, publishing, master ownership, commercial usage, exclusivity, work-for-hire status, and transfer of rights remain unchanged unless a signed agreement states otherwise.

Scheduling, cancellations, and refunds

Rescheduling and cancellation terms are provided with the booking or written project agreement. Completed consultations and work already performed are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or expressly stated in writing.
